What you will do

• Analyze healthcare and operational data to support reporting, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
• Perform data mapping, quality reviews, and reconciliation across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and analytical outputs.
• Create queries, reports, and dashboards to support program visibility.
• Validate data transformations, interface outputs, and data exchange results.
• Support user acceptance testing and defect triage activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data sources.
• Experience analyzing healthcare or enterprise data in complex environments.
• Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into analytical deliverables.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs or federal data programs.
• Familiarity with healthcare data models, FHIR, HL7, or CCDA standards.
• Experience with Python or advanced analytics approaches.
• Background in supporting Agile teams and requirements analysis.
