What you will do

• Configure and test Epic-released and Foundation System content, including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and RadarCogito SQL.
• Develop content to display Epic data sourced from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle.
• Write complex SQL queries and configure Radar settings for custom metrics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand consumer needs and distribute analytics content.
• Maintain the Analytics Catalog, associated metadata records, and perform volume testing in live environments.
• Review upgrade documentation for Cogito features to implement necessary system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Healthcare, or 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Proven proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools.
• Existing knowledge of healthcare culture, personnel, and operational processes.
• Strong coordination, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate under pressure.
