What you will do

• Configure insurance plans within the hirify.global Benefits Module to ensure accurate client-specific designs.
• Manage benefit enrollment periods, including annual open enrollments, new hires, and life events.
• Coordinate the synchronization of COBRA, FSA, HSA, and HRA plans.
• Partner with EDI teams to manage carrier feed status and timelines during renewal periods.
• Troubleshoot enrollment functionality, eligibility rules, and timelines to resolve client issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system optimizations.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in benefits or insurance systems configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for client support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with case management tools.
• Must be able to work overtime during peak periods.
