What you will do

• Manage and deliver complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with technical experts, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure project compliance.
• Identify risks and lead the planning and execution of mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal safety and security processes to assess and correct potential product deficiencies.
• Prepare budget requirements, resource allocation plans, and visibility reports for organizational leadership.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or relevant diploma with equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management or the Aerospace industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
• Previous experience in the development and certification of Flight Tests.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
• Must be located in or able to work from Wichita, KS, USA.
