What you will do

• Manage enterprise application sustainment, including dev/test/prod releases and user support.
• Oversee ticket backlogs, release calendars, and monthly/SLA reporting.
• Coordinate contractor staff and manage the project work plan.
• Lead weekly ticket reviews and control issue escalation.
• Support quarterly reviews and provide COR-facing briefings.
• Track staffing coverage and ensure federal reporting cadence is met.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience managing federal or large public-sector application operations and maintenance.
• Must be based in Atlanta and available to work on-site.
• Direct experience with release calendars, SLA reporting, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with TRIRIGA vocabulary to control delivery.
