What you will do

• Act as engagement lead: plan, monitor, appraise, and review project objectives while communicating roles and responsibilities.
• Enforce project policies and procedures; prepare and complete action plans to achieve operational objectives.
• Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects in identity, access, and data protection domains (assessments, design, implementation, migration, remediation, and operationalization).
• Coordinate project execution across consultants, architects, engineers, customer stakeholders, and partner vendors to ensure delivery quality, milestone attainment, and issue resolution.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, change control, decision tracking, and executive status reporting for security engagements.
• Drive client governance cadences (kickoffs, status meetings, risk reviews, steering updates, and acceptance/sign-off checkpoints) and ensure repeatable delivery standards and evidence collection.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior project management and planning experience.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations across scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.
• Working knowledge of security delivery lifecycles: assessment, design, implementation, testing, remediation, cutover, and transition to operations.
• Familiarity with identity security concepts (IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, RBAC, SoD, service accounts, secrets management) and data security concepts (data discovery, classification, labeling, DSPM, DLP, retention, insider risk, governance).
