What you will do

• Identify and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within the German-speaking territory.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Research and build new and existing accounts through strategic calling and outreach.
• Evangelize hirify.global and the On-Demand mode to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Previous prospecting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
