What you will do

• Identify and articulate key platform problems, defining product solutions and roadmap priorities.
• Drive the entire product development lifecycle from requirement documentation to successful launch.
• Collaborate closely with clinical operations, design, and engineering teams to solve operational hurdles.
• Perform deep-dive data investigations using SQL to drive product decisions.
• Conduct user research with clinicians and operators to optimize complex, time-pressured workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong technical depth and SQL fluency for independent data querying and debugging.
• AI-native mindset, using AI to rethink productivity and product scoping.
• Experience performing user research with skeptical or time-pressured professional users.
• Strong sense of ownership and high aesthetic standards for design and communication.
