• Identify problems deserving investment, articulating their impact and required investment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Design teams to develop the best roadmap.
• Facilitate the entire product development process from problem identification to successful launch.
• Empower engineering and design teams for fast iteration and quick decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience working on pharmacy management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), or related healthcare software is strongly preferred.
