Salary: $153,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Own strategic SLED accounts end-to-end, encompassing program management, customer success, and account health.
• Serve as the senior technical and executive point of contact for government leadership and agency directors.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and convert delivery success into new business.
• Collaborate with Development Team Leads to craft technical strategies and translate mission goals into solution architectures.
• Manage account health through executive business reviews, value reporting, and steering committee meetings.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and technical risks, mobilizing internal resources for resolution.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Professional Services leadership.
• Proven track record of owning and growing strategic accounts in partnership with sales.
• Technical depth in enterprise data platforms, specifically NoSQL, relational, or graph databases.
• Proficiency in JSON/XML data modeling and modern enterprise software development practices.
• Excellent executive communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience working within the U.S. public sector (SLED).
• Willingness to be on-site with customers on a heavy cadence.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with MarkLogic or the hirify.global Data Platform.
• Background in Healthcare, Human Services, or Health IT.
• Experience with AI/ML, geospatial systems, or semantic technologies.
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
