What you will do

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process maps documenting data inputs, outputs, integrations, and decision points.
• Analyze data flows and system integrations across enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering teams in an agile environment to align solutions with business objectives.
• Evaluate AI/ML use cases and document feasibility assessments and POC findings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical analysis or business systems analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in platforms like Databricks.
• Experience working in agile environments and partnering with engineering teams.
• Must be based in the US to accommodate EST working hours.
