Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

is building a patient engagement platform for life sciences companies to support patients with chronic and rare diseases.
What you will do
- Partner with technical stakeholders to understand data structures and business logic.
- Define and validate data requirements and logic for loading into the platform.
- Build Customer Standard Operating Procedures as workflows within the platform.
- Manage technical integrations including SSO and API setups.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to propose and test product improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY
- At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst, customer engineer, or similar role.
- High proficiency in SQL (2+ years) and experience with relational databases.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and workflow design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a general Engineering field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Experience working with healthcare data.
