hirify.global is building a patient engagement platform for life sciences companies to support patients with chronic and rare diseases.

What you will do

• Partner with technical stakeholders to understand data structures and business logic.
• Define and validate data requirements and logic for loading into the hirify.global platform.
• Build Customer Standard Operating Procedures as workflows within the platform.
• Manage technical integrations including SSO and API setups.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to propose and test product improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY
• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst, customer engineer, or similar role.
• High proficiency in SQL (2+ years) and experience with relational databases.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and workflow design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a general Engineering field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience working with healthcare data.
