What you will do

• Own the district engagement lifecycle from strategy and prospecting to onboarding and impact measurement.
• Foster relationships with Thai education stakeholders including school administrators, IT teams, and curriculum leaders.
• Guide school IT teams through platform onboarding and SSO configuration for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Act as a brand ambassador at education events, conferences, and workshops.
• Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to identify and implement new engagement strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance education offerings.

Requirements

• Must have experience with the Thai Education Market and classroom efficiency solutions.
• Proven expertise in customer success, driving retention, and fostering software engagement.
• Strong understanding of school technology rollouts and system-wide deployments.
• Ability to guide IT teams through SSO setup and identity provider integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong business planning skills with a focus on project implementation and impact.
