What you will do

• Design and develop diverse instructional content including eLearning modules, virtual training, and job aids.
• Transform complex or legacy training materials into clear, learner-focused instructional experiences.
• Apply instructional design, technical writing, and visual communication best practices to all learning assets.
• Ensure consistency by working within established templates, style guides, and design standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align content with learning goals.
• Support continuous improvement of training materials through updates and optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or learning environments.
• Strong proficiency in technical writing, course development, and content conversion.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including templates and slide masters.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia-based learning design.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lectora Inspire, Camtasia, Adobe Connect, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of accessibility standards such as Section 508.
