What you will do

• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy for blogs, case studies, product pages, email campaigns, and social posts.
• Use AI content tools like Claude and ChatGPT to generate first drafts and perform rigorous fact-checking.
• Publish finalized content through CMS, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
• Maintain a content calendar and manage production deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and design to align copy with campaign goals.
• Track content performance metrics to optimize future drafts and engagement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or journalism.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience building workflows around AI writing tools for daily use.
• Strong editing instincts and excellent written English for simplifying complex ideas.
• Familiarity with at least one CMS such as WordPress or Contentful.
• Portfolio of 3–5 writing samples demonstrating the editing process.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword-informed writing.
• Experience writing for B2B SaaS or regulated industry audiences.
