What you will do

• Write short-form and long-form scripts for the "Million Dollar Nurse" YouTube channel, researching concepts to ensure organic performance.
• Manage posting and community engagement (comments and DMs) across primary company social media channels.
• Support 16 company leaders by transforming blog posts and rough concepts into polished, native LinkedIn posts with strong hooks.
• Ensure a consistent brand tone of voice across Meta Ads, app copy, billboards, and trade show materials.
• Apply audience psychology and research to turn dry data into engaging narratives that resonate with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience writing for social media (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) with real, measurable results.
• Proficiency in using AI tools as an accelerant for productivity while maintaining a human, non-generic voice.
• Strong research capabilities and a deep understanding of story pacing, tension, and payoff.
