What you will do

• Own editorial quality, voice, and consistency across all digital channels.
• Manage internal writers, freelancers, and agency partners to ensure high-quality output.
• Establish workflows that combine AI efficiency with strong human editorial oversight.
• Partner with SEO and marketing teams to develop content aligned with search intent.
• Shape narratives that support the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Continuously evaluate AI tools and processes to improve content production and scalability.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in content, editorial, or digital marketing roles.
• Proven ability to manage writers and content production workflows at scale.
• Experience leveraging or integrating AI tools such as Surfer and ChatGPT.
• Strong understanding of how content supports SEO, engagement, and conversion.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
