What you will do

• Overhaul all existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
• Define and build the company's personality, tone of voice, and brand playbook in partnership with the CEO.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to drive engagement and long-tail conversion.
• Produce creative organic content for social media and other channels to build brand affinity.
• Translate complex and stressful topics like car insurance and loans into engaging, human, and accessible copy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a heavy focus on copywriting.
• Proven track record with organic channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• A strong portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
