What you will do

• Own 5–8 active multi-platform rollouts, managing everything from scoping and technical design to launch and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and dependency maps across multiple engineering domains.
• Coordinate work between product managers, engineering leads, and QA to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and connected TV surfaces.
• Identify and resolve blockers early, tracking commitments and outcomes in Notion and Jira.
• Optimize development planning processes and establish repeatable mechanisms for readiness checks and executive visibility.
• Review PRD quality to flag missing requirements before they impact implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience owning complex, multi-team software programs end-to-end.
• Experience shipping consumer technology products across multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Connected TV).
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and the ability to engage with engineers on technical tradeoffs and design.
• Proven track record of managing dependencies in ambiguous environments across multiple domains.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with Jira, Notion, or similar tracking and documentation tools.
• Background in streaming or subscription-based consumer products.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with distribution environments for Apple, Google, Roku, and Amazon.
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments where program management functions are being established.
