What you will do

• Lead day-to-day activation, optimization, and performance in-platform to meet DTC category revenue targets.
• Develop brand-specific paid social strategies based on full-funnel activation and revenue needs.
• Identify new investment opportunities and advocate for channel growth by proving revenue efficiency.
• Generate weekly and ad-hoc performance reports for brand and category stakeholders.
• Partner with creative teams to brief and produce high-impact, platform-specific content.
• Monitor competitor channel activity and QA agency work to ensure execution excellence.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct paid social buying experience in-platform (Meta and TikTok preferred).
• Experience in E-commerce or B2C media environments.
• Foundational proficiency with data manipulation in Excel and data dashboards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment as a self-starter.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA
