What you will do

• Build and maintain social content calendars across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Publish and manage daily social content across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and evolve distinct brand voices focusing on humor and internet-native communication.
• Write reactive, culturally relevant social copy and identify trends and memes to drive engagement.
• Coordinate influencer and creator partnership workflows, including outreach, briefs, and deliverables.
• Track publishing schedules, audience engagement, and social performance reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to write platform-native content.
• Experience executing multi-platform social campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating tone of voice and social content execution.

Nice to have

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent teams.
• Ability to create social-first content including memes and graphics.
• Background in the creator economy, entertainment, or agency environments.
• Deep understanding of Gen-Z internet culture and emerging platform behavior.
