What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute the Robotaxi vehicle program.
• Define program milestones and align requirements for deliverables across all teams.
• Build and maintain realistic timing plans and achievable schedules.
• Establish progress tracking dashboards and conduct regular status reviews to ensure the program remains on track.
• Resolve technical and strategic issues or escalate for management support.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering or program management within the automotive or equivalent industry.
• Proven track record of launching at least one vehicle program from start to finish.
• Extensive experience in all stages of product development, including ideation, design, release, prototyping, validation, and production.
• Proficiency in complex project management tools, such as Gantt charts.
