What you will do

• Develop GTM playbooks and frameworks for city selection, service planning, and fleet sizing.
• Create ride-hail commercial strategies covering monetization, pricing, and sales to drive growth.
• Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with commercial and product players to expand market reach.
• Analyze mobility data and conduct industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Present key business issues and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects aligned with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic operations.
• 5+ years of people management experience in high-growth or operationally complex organizations.
• Proven track record of leading complex partnership negotiations with measurable impact.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• MBA degree.
• Experience working with product, engineering, and technical leadership teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and deal analysis.
