TL;DR

VP, Business Development Team (Fintech): Driving the efficiency, consistency, and growth of sales efforts within the Financial Advisor Channel with an accent on GTM strategy, sales operations, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on optimizing CRM systems, developing sales KPIs, and scaling training programs to improve overall sales effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid in-office operation; must be based in New York, NY or Austin, TX

Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 base

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize sales operations, including lead management, CRM adoption, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Lead the adoption and optimization of sales tools and data analytics platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product launches and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and performance against quotas.
  • Coach and motivate the sales team and RVPs to exceed targets through outbound prospecting and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strategic and hands-on leadership experience in business development or sales.
  • Must be based in the New York City or Austin office.
  • Experience in developing sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology stacks.
  • Ability to coordinate high-level events like the Partner Forum with executive leadership.
