Location: Hybrid in-office operation; must be based in New York, NY or Austin, TX
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 base

What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Optimize sales operations, including lead management, CRM adoption, forecasting, and territory management.
- Lead the adoption and optimization of sales tools and data analytics platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product launches and messaging.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and performance against quotas.
- Coach and motivate the sales team and RVPs to exceed targets through outbound prospecting and best practices.
Requirements
- Strategic and hands-on leadership experience in business development or sales.
- Must be based in the New York City or Austin office.
- Experience in developing sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology stacks.
- Ability to coordinate high-level events like the Partner Forum with executive leadership.
