People Partner (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end US employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, investigations, and terminations.
• Provide real-time guidance and coaching to managers to increase their capabilities in people management.
• Translate company-wide engagement and culture initiatives into business-level execution and identify engagement gaps.
• Support the implementation of core HR programs, including performance management cycles and compensation processes.
• Analyze workforce insights, attrition trends, and team dynamics to provide input to leadership and transformation teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Partner, or HRBP roles with ownership of complex employee relations.
• Strong expertise in managing US-based ER cases and working knowledge of US employment laws and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to partner with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk people matters.
• Ability to balance strategic awareness with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Canada
