What you will do

• Lead and grow high-performing platform engineering teams focused on infrastructure and operational excellence.
• Set technical direction for multi-quarter initiatives spanning reliability, security, and developer experience.
• Design internal platforms and abstractions that enable product teams to ship independently and efficiently.
• Guide the evolution of cloud and data infrastructure, including AWS services and MongoDB performance.
• Partner with product, security, and leadership to translate infrastructure challenges into clear roadmap priorities.
• Establish strong engineering culture and operational standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience managing platform or infrastructure teams at high-growth tech companies.
• Prior experience managing multiple teams or multiple charters.
• Track record of maintaining and scaling shared infrastructure in measurable ways.
• Experience managing complex, long-term projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance ambiguity, speed, and quality.
