Salary: $260,000 – $306,000

What you will do
- Lead and grow high-performing platform engineering teams focused on infrastructure and operational excellence.
- Set technical direction for multi-quarter initiatives spanning reliability, security, and developer experience.
- Design internal platforms and abstractions that enable product teams to ship independently and efficiently.
- Guide the evolution of cloud and data infrastructure, including AWS services and MongoDB performance.
- Partner with product, security, and leadership to translate infrastructure challenges into clear roadmap priorities.
- Establish strong engineering culture and operational standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 5+ years of experience managing platform or infrastructure teams at high-growth tech companies.
- Prior experience managing multiple teams or multiple charters.
- Track record of maintaining and scaling shared infrastructure in measurable ways.
- Experience managing complex, long-term projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance ambiguity, speed, and quality.
