Salary: $240,000 – $260,000

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-impact team of machine learning engineers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for data products, from prototyping to production deployment and optimization.
• Build and maintain scalable ML models and data pipelines using technologies like Spark, Kafka, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify high-leverage opportunities across product verticals.
• Establish best practices for data product development, including versioning, SLAs, and monitoring.
• Contribute hands-on to technical solutions while balancing innovation with product impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing an AI/ML engineering team with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous machine learning problems and translate them into tactical execution.
• Technical experience building, shipping, and supporting complex ML models in production at scale.
• Experience with production data pipelines and batch/stream workflows using Spark, Kafka, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python for model development and backend service development on cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Must be able to work on-site in the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
