What you will do

• Define and execute the observability vision across AI applications, developer tooling, and platform services.
• Lead and scale teams responsible for telemetry collection, metrics, logs, traces, and observability intelligence.
• Establish a unified observability architecture for proactive monitoring and performance optimization at enterprise scale.
• Drive the adoption of observability best practices within CI/CD, DevOps, and AI workflows.
• Partner with AI and automation teams to implement intelligent analysis and anomaly detection to reduce operational toil.
• Set engineering standards and success metrics to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading UI or full-stack teams building large-scale enterprise products.
• Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of system design and integration with distributed backend services (Node.js, Java, or Python).
• Experience delivering products in fast-paced, platform-oriented environments.
• Must be based in the USA
