Salary: $170,000 - $290,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Reliability Engineers, managing staffing plans and career growth.
• Define the reliability engineering strategy, including SLAs, operational KPIs, and service health practices.
• Establish and govern incident response, escalation, and root cause analysis (RCA) processes to reduce repeat incidents.
• Drive an automation-first roadmap to eliminate manual toil and improve deployment safety.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and product teams to embed reliability into the design and release process.
• Ensure effective 24x7 operational coverage and on-call rotation practices.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Minimum 10 years of application development experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with solution architecture.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience defining and managing SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Deep expertise with production telemetry tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
• Knowledge of PCF, AWS, microservices, and ReactJS/Mobile applications.
• Experience delivering automation using AI/ML techniques for reliability outcomes.
• Experience supporting financial or banking applications.
