What you will do
- Drive new account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and configure tailored solutions from the product portfolio.
- Develop a high-quality pipeline through prospecting and alignment with C-level executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, pipeline building, and documentation in Salesforce.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to achieve business outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and demand triggers to effectively position observability solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional sales experience.
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales to F1000 companies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
- Deep expertise in consultative, enterprise-level solution selling.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional business sense and teaming skills.

- Previous experience selling observability solutions.
