What you will do

  • Drive new account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and configure tailored solutions from the product portfolio.
  • Develop a high-quality pipeline through prospecting and alignment with C-level executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, pipeline building, and documentation in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to achieve business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and demand triggers to effectively position observability solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales to F1000 companies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Deep expertise in consultative, enterprise-level solution selling.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional business sense and teaming skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling observability solutions.
  • Technical background or understanding of DevOps practices.
