Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) - most team members work in the office two days a week.

Salary: €6,310 – €9,470 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Develop complex financial models and investment cases to support executive decision-making.
• Support the CFO in capital raising initiatives and financing strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team with a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Design and deploy AI-native forecasting and reporting workflows using LLMs and AI agents to replace manual work.
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to embed AI tooling across the finance stack.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in technical finance and financial modelling.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM workflows in a finance or analytics setting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth tech environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Tableau.
• Track record of replacing manual reporting with AI-driven, self-serve insights.
• Familiarity with project finance, accounting, or FX.
