What you will do

  • Own the unit economics engine for SmartParks, product lines, and sales channels.
  • Build and maintain an AI-powered system for vendor relationship and cost intelligence.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to provide integrated views of spend, volume, and margin.
  • Manage revenue operations and data flow between operations, inventory, and finance teams.
  • Lead board and investor communications, including maintaining data rooms and financial models.
  • Continuously rebuild and optimize the finance function using AI tooling to improve forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience blending investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with operational FP&A.
  • Proven experience in multi-unit businesses such as retail, fitness, or location-based entertainment.
  • Genuinely AI-native with a track record of building workflows using LLMs and agents.
  • Fluent in modern finance stacks including NetSuite and SQL.
  • Strong capital markets experience supporting debt and equity raises.
  • Ability to work hands-on, building models and shipping decks personally rather than delegating.
