What you will do

  • Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, and payout processes for GTM teams.
  • Own and optimize compensation systems, including configuration, testing, and vendor management.
  • Lead recurring payout cycles, reconciliations, and operational close processes.
  • Generate and manage compensation letters while maintaining governance and compliance.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for field compensation queries and build support resources.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and HRIS on system architecture and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, sales, revenue, or finance operations.
  • Deep expertise in administering variable compensation programs at scale.
  • Strong experience with compensation systems and operational tooling.
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be US-based

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling compensation ops during periods of rapid growth.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or hybrid revenue models.
  • Experience implementing compensation management platforms.
