What you will do

• Lead the financial architecture for the end-to-end customer journey, including sales cycle planning and service delivery staffing models.
• Manage Professional Services and Support margins to ensure alignment with long-term profitability targets.
• Own critical SaaS metrics including LTV, CAC, and NRR, providing data-driven strategies to minimize churn.
• Develop growth strategies and annual operating plans through rigorous market research and financial analysis.
• Design incentive plans and unified reporting in collaboration with RevOps and ServiceOps.
• Translate complex GTM data into board-ready narratives and performance commentary.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise SaaS, Gross Margin mechanics, and Revenue Recognition.
• Proven history of implementing AI solutions to drive business performance and operational scale.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint for dynamic modeling and executive presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
