What you will do

  • Manage a global team of Channel Account Managers, Channel Operations, and Channel Marketing Managers.
  • Deliver on partner-sourced and partner-influenced ACV bookings, new logo acquisition, and ARR contribution targets.
  • Oversee the Global Channel Program and Operations, including reporting, certifications, incentives, and deal registration.
  • Recruit and onboard high-potential partners such as VARs, SIs, GSIs, and technology alliances to open new markets.
  • Develop joint demand-generation programs with partners in collaboration with regional RVPs and marketing teams.
  • Ensure partner compliance with the terms of the hirify.global Partner Connect Program.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 15+ years of experience in channel sales, with at least 5 years managing global teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS, DevOps, Open Source, IT Asset Management, or Oracle Java sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and revenue reporting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
