Location: Must be US-based (preference for East Coast)
Salary: $120,000–140,000 base plus commission

What you will do
- Map and prioritize coverage gaps globally to recruit high-fit VARs and regional SIs.
- Execute joint business plans with strategic partners to achieve revenue targets and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure marketplaces.
- Implement end-to-end onboarding and enablement programs, including sales training and SE certification.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align channel success and demand generation.
- Manage deal registration and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of channel sales experience in enterprise software.
- Expertise in DevOps, Agility, CI/CD, workflow automation, or release orchestration.
- Proven track record of recruiting and activating net-new partners who contribute revenue within 6–12 months.
- Experience with cloud marketplace co-sell motions (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud).
- Must be based in the US (East Coast preference).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with public sector and commercial channel partners.
