TL;DR

Global Channels Sales Specialist (DevOps/Enterprise Software): Developing and scaling the global partner ecosystem for Agility and DevOps product lines with an accent on strategic partner recruitment, enablement, and co-selling. Focus on driving partner-sourced pipeline, expanding cloud marketplace revenue (AWS, Azure, GCP), and managing channel conflict.

Location: Must be US-based (preference for East Coast)

Salary: $120,000–140,000 base plus commission

What you will do

  • Map and prioritize coverage gaps globally to recruit high-fit VARs and regional SIs.
  • Execute joint business plans with strategic partners to achieve revenue targets and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure marketplaces.
  • Implement end-to-end onboarding and enablement programs, including sales training and SE certification.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align channel success and demand generation.
  • Manage deal registration and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in enterprise software.
  • Expertise in DevOps, Agility, CI/CD, workflow automation, or release orchestration.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and activating net-new partners who contribute revenue within 6–12 months.
  • Experience with cloud marketplace co-sell motions (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud).
  • Must be based in the US (East Coast preference).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with public sector and commercial channel partners.
