What you will do
- Own the end-to-end execution of the email channel, including operations, performance, deliverability, and compliance.
- Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, HubSpot Breeze) to streamline execution and personalize prospect interactions.
- Build and launch campaigns across email, webinar, event, and partner channels.
- Maintain database health, lead lifecycle stages, scoring models, and UTM tracking frameworks.
- Develop and document scalable campaign operations processes and shared AI playbooks.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building marketing systems and driving impact at scale.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, Clay, and Asana.
- Must be based anywhere in the US.
- Ability to travel up to 15 days per year for company and team meetings.
