What you will do

• Execute and maintain the enterprise AI roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop analytical frameworks to measure AI impact on process efficiency, clinical outcomes, and cost avoidance.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to transition AI pilots into fully adopted tools.
• Establish governance and responsible AI frameworks in coordination with InfoSec and Compliance to protect patient privacy.
• Represent the company's AI perspective in discussions with health systems, payers, and technology partners.
• Lead internal AI education and drive experimentation across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership in strategy, operations, or technology within healthcare, digital health, or value-based care.
• Must be based in Eastern or Central time zones or located near hub cities (DC, Boston, NYC, Nashville).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Hands-on experience evaluating AI vendors and executing meaningful pilots.
• Experience operating within early-stage startups or building new functions in flexible environments.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and the regulatory environment for AI in clinical settings.
