What you will do
- Translate deep product knowledge into effective, multi-format educational content for customers and internal teams.
- Own sales enablement by creating demo libraries, talk tracks, and objection-handling resources to improve win rates.
- Develop and manage Siena Academy, including certifications, workshops, and learning paths.
- Standardize and shorten the customer onboarding process from contract signature to first value.
- Build and scale a customer community system that turns users into a compounding flywheel.
- Teach internal teams and new hires to master the product and leverage AI agents in their workflows.
Requirements
- Product-fluent: Proven ability to demo, break, and teach complex products at depth.
- AI-native: Experience building with AI and shipping agents that replace manual work.
- Builder mindset: Track record of shipping systems from zero (academy, curriculum, or community).
- Operator: Ability to execute as a team of one without agency dependency.
- Measurable impact: Experience tying education and enablement work directly to revenue outcomes.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, or Toronto.
Nice to have
- Experience at high-growth companies like Intercom, Attentive, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Recharge, Shopify, Gainsight, Notion, Figma, or Linear.
- Current experience in a similar role at an AI company.
- Proven success scaling a customer community from scratch.
