What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered member experiences to find high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Define applications for LLMs, agentic workflows, and conversational interfaces across the member journey.
• Own product roadmaps and design human-in-the-loop workflows and safety guardrails.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for AI quality, including accuracy, safety, and hallucination risk.
• Partner with engineering and data science to scope AI initiatives and navigate build vs. buy decisions.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of designers, engineers, and data scientists to ship high-impact improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years specifically leading AI-powered product development (LLMs, agentic systems).
• Demonstrated experience taking AI products from concept through launch.
• Deep understanding of agentic architectures and designing for trust and auditability.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis.
• Strong sense of UX for AI interfaces and mastery of Agile methodology.
• Must reside in California.

Nice to have

• Founder or 0-to-1 builder experience.
• Familiarity with AI safety and healthcare-specific considerations.
