• Model best practices for pipeline management and call volume expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of inside sales management experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Must be able to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work within Arizona time zone (6am–8pm).
