What you will do
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies
- Evangelize the vision of software creation using natural language
- Articulate hirify.global's value proposition aligned with customer challenges
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logging in CRM
Requirements
- Must be based in Salt Lake City or willing to relocate
- 0-2 years experience in sales development or similar customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and persistence
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate new technologies
- Passion for technology and AI
