TL;DR

Sales Development Rep: Generating and qualifying sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities with an accent on pipeline building and customer engagement. Focus on articulating value propositions, managing CRM data, and supporting go-to-market strategies in a hybrid work environment with in-office presence required.

Location: Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT or willing to relocate

Salary: $72,000–$85,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies
  • Evangelize the vision of software creation using natural language
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition aligned with customer challenges
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logging in CRM

Requirements

  • Must be based in Salt Lake City or willing to relocate
  • 0-2 years experience in sales development or similar customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and persistence
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate new technologies
  • Passion for technology and AI

  • Active hirify.global user
  • Experience at early-stage startups or developer tools
  • Basic understanding of software development or coding concepts
  • Experience with multi-channel prospecting
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
