Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Partner with PFM product, design, and engineering teams to own complex analytic work end-to-end and influence roadmap decisions.
• Lead high-impact ad hoc analyses to uncover non-obvious opportunities and risks in member behavior.
• Design and analyze experiments using rigorous statistical approaches, including sequential testing and multi-metric outcomes.
• Establish standards for eventing, cohorting, and analysis templates to increase overall analytics rigor.
• Build self-service analytics tooling, dashboards, and documentation to scale recurring insights.
• Mentor teammates through high-quality reviews and collaboration while modeling pragmatic prioritization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of driving product improvements.
• Deep expertise in designing and evaluating experiments at scale, including writing analysis code.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across an organization.
• Ability to independently frame questions, define measurement, and deliver evidence-based narratives.
• Must be located in one of the specified US office locations.
