What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial reporting and analytics across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Design and build scalable reporting solutions and dashboards using Qliksense and Tableau to enable stakeholder self-service.
• Integrate AI and GenAI tools and automation to streamline reporting processes and generate actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Workforce Management, and Service Delivery to translate business needs into data insights.
• Proactively identify financial risks, variances, and trends, communicating their business impact to leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and contractors while driving best practices in data quality and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business, data, or finance analytics.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end reporting solutions and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense).
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools or automation techniques to enhance business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and working with large-scale data environments.
• Strong ability to operate independently and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
