What you will do

• Define and quantify business levers across the agent journey, including sourcing, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Establish a repeatable testing and measurement cadence for the agent product using experimentation, instrumentation, and causal analysis.
• Own core data foundations to ensure a single source of truth for agent commissions, debt resolution, and lifecycle attribution.
• Develop the vision for AI-powered analytics to automate insight generation and expand self-serve capabilities.
• Lead and grow the analytics organization, setting high standards for hiring, performance, and technical craft.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and finance to translate insights into action.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading teams of managers and individual contributors.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a track record of first-principles problem solving for unfamiliar business questions.
• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and product instrumentation.
• Proven track record of fixing data definitions, taxonomies, and data quality problems at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
