What you will do

• Design and maintain BI dashboards to track core metrics like NPS, retention, cost, and success rates.
• Deep dive into transaction data to identify, categorize, and quantify system defects and holds.
• Investigate complex routing issues and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Optimize disbursement rails by balancing cost, speed, and reliability.
• Translate operational metrics into human stories for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and monitor business improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst.
• 1-2+ years of domain expertise in payment rails, transaction routing, or operational KPIs.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery, DBT, Firestore) and experience with BI tools (Omni, Tableau, Looker).
• Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
• Startup mindset with a bias for action and proactive problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Python mastery for data manipulation (Pandas/NumPy).
• Familiarity with the GCP ecosystem (Vertex AI, Cloud Storage).
• Previous experience in high-growth fintech or cross-border money movement.
