What you will do

• Manage and develop the Experimentation Analytics team.
• Define and execute the experimentation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Direct customer behavior and sentiment analysis to inform enterprise strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee complex, high-impact, cross-functional experimentation initiatives.
• Serve as a senior advisor to business leaders on experimentation design, insights, and trade-offs.
• Own planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for experimentation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or advanced analytics.
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship (including CPT/OPT) is not available.

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
