What you will do

• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify and size growth opportunities.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments, from hypothesis and instrumentation to analysis and decision.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track OKRs and ensure cross-functional accountability.
• Perform proactive data exploration to surface actionable insights that inform company priorities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives to drive alignment and action.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytical or strategy roles, preferably within marketplaces or high-growth startups.
• Fluency in SQL for authoring complex, production-quality queries.
• Strong experience designing and interpreting experiments with a deep understanding of statistical power.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and finance.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and compensation tiers.
