What you will do

• Develop and manage organic social strategies tailored to client goals and platform best practices.
• Create monthly content calendars and write platform-specific copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Collaborate with creative teams on visual storytelling, video concepts, and asset production.
• Conduct keyword and trend research to improve reach and discoverability.
• Optimize Pinterest presence through keyword strategy and board organization.
• Monitor analytics and provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in organic social media marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and content best practices for major social platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and content calendars simultaneously.
• Experience with short-form video strategy and content ideation.
• Eligible for a 1099 contract (US-based)

Nice to have

• Experience with lifestyle, luxury, home, hospitality, nonprofit, or eCommerce brands.
• Proficiency in Sprout Social, Canva, Trello, Asana, and Slack.
• Understanding of SEO and creator/influencer collaboration strategies.
