Talent Operations Lead (AI): Designing and owning the global talent infrastructure and hiring strategy to enable scalable growth with an accent on recruiting technology, data strategy, and operational efficiency. Focus on architecting ATS/HRIS integrations, building multi-market hiring playbooks, and deploying AI-driven automation to eliminate operational drag.
Location: Remote (Global). Optional offices available in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end talent technology stack, managing vendor strategy, integrations, and build vs. buy decisions.
- Design and drive organization-wide hiring programs, interview evaluation frameworks, and headcount planning solutions.
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators to maintain high pace and candidate experience.
- Define the talent data strategy and build dashboards to surface critical hiring metrics for the leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Engineering to manage complex stakeholder relationships and unblock hiring.
- Eliminate operational drag by creating durable SOPs and deploying automation using n8n and AI tooling.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading talent operations at a high-growth technology company during significant scale.
- Strong strategic thinking capable of designing multi-market programs and handling tactical tool configurations.
- Deep expertise in recruiting tech stacks, specifically ATS pipelines and HRIS integrations.
- Track record of building and leading teams with a focus on development and high standards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills when working with senior cross-functional leaders.
- Builder's instinct with a preference for systemic solutions and hands-on automation.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and running international or multi-market hiring programs.
- Proficiency with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Zapier.
- Prior experience within a fast-scaling AI or deep tech environment.
