What you will do
- Design and implement global compensation strategies, frameworks, and programs aligned with business priorities.
- Manage executive compensation strategy, board readiness, and Compensation Committee governance materials.
- Lead the development and evolution of global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity analyses.
- Oversee global benefits strategy and develop recognition programs that reinforce company values.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to support the design and analysis of global sales incentive and variable pay programs.
- Modernize Total Rewards processes using Workday Advanced Compensation and AI-enabled analytics.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience within global technology or semiconductor environments.
- Deep expertise in executive compensation, global market benchmarking, and public-company practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing job architecture and leveling frameworks.
- Strong systems orientation with experience in Workday Advanced Compensation or similar platforms.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with high executive presence.
- Must be based in San Jose, CA (Onsite)
