What you will do

  • Design and implement global compensation strategies, frameworks, and programs aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage executive compensation strategy, board readiness, and Compensation Committee governance materials.
  • Lead the development and evolution of global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity analyses.
  • Oversee global benefits strategy and develop recognition programs that reinforce company values.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to support the design and analysis of global sales incentive and variable pay programs.
  • Modernize Total Rewards processes using Workday Advanced Compensation and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience within global technology or semiconductor environments.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, global market benchmarking, and public-company practices.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing job architecture and leveling frameworks.
  • Strong systems orientation with experience in Workday Advanced Compensation or similar platforms.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with high executive presence.
  • Must be based in San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation within HR.
  • Experience with M&A compensation due diligence and rewards harmonization.
